To begin the certification process, a $295 deposit is required to accompany this certification application. This deposit will be refunded if the I.I.A.Q.C. or the applicant elects not to continue with the Certification process. The I.I.A.Q.C. will review the submittal package and quantity of work required by I.I.A.Q.C. personnel as well as outside analytical or investigatory work needed (if any) and will submit the final certification cost to the submitting company before such work is conducted. To begin the application, please complete the form below and you may use your VISA, Mastercard, or American Express to submit your initial deposit. If you would prefer to send payment via check or money order, please download the Product Endorsement Application (.pdf, 188kb) and return to us via mail along with your payment.

It is understood that the I.I.A.Q.C. will evaluate all documentation provided as well as additonal information available on relevant subject matter to ascertain the appropriateness of product claims. If additonal independent testing is required, the I.I.A.Q.C. will notiify the submitting company for approval before continuation of the certification process.

Payment of fees in no way indicates approval, endorsement, or certification by the I.I.A.Q.C. Endorsement fees support the work necessary for the certification process. Failure by the submitting company to provide adequate documentation to support product claims, discovery of substantial contradicting scientific eveidence, or outside testing failure could result in non-endorsement by the I.I.A.Q.C.

Agreeing to the terms by typing your name as a digital signature by the submitting company officer below verifies that all docmentation to support product claims is scientifically accurate and and indicative of product performance, and that you are in acceptance of the process and procedures as described on this page and the I.I.A.Q.C.
