You will be notified within 24 hours if your application is accepted and at that time your credit card will be processed and the E-Study Guide emailed to you and the web-based Exam-on-Demand access code provided. If you would prefer to send payment via check or money order, please download the Certification Application (.pdf, 149kb), complete, and send to us with your payment. Please note that once the E- Study Guide and exam code have been sent to the applicant, no refund of any fees is allowed.

I.I.A.Q.C. CODE OF ETHICS

This code describes the standards of ethical conduct expected of professionals
certified by the International Indoor Air Quality Commission.
A Certified Professional will:

  • Perform indoor air quality assessment and advisement following generally accepted indoor air quality standards and guidelines.

  • Provide services only within their areas of competence, training and experience.

  • Never misrepresent their credentials, training, and experience.

  • Stay current as to new developments in technology, standards, and other IAQ issues.

  • Provide products and services meeting applicable recognized standards.

  • Adequately explain products, services, procedures and practices, and immediately address all customer complaints.

Upon meeting the criteria to become an IAQCP/MICP, I agree to abide by the I.I.A.Q.C Code of Ethics.
